Why Partner With Fabisch Law Offices
*
What does it cost?
Unlike some Estate Administration attorneys, who set their fee based on a percentage of assets.
At Fabisch Law Offices, we calculate the flat fee based on the types of accounts, number of properties, and the number of unique assets that exist. We don’t charge you more because there is more in an account. Whether the account has $1,000 or $1,000,000 the effort is the same for us, so we never charge you extra.
*
How does this work?
You can self-schedule online or call us to setup a free, no obligation consultation. During the consultation call we will do the following…
- Get to know YOU! We want to learn about everything that is going on. For us, all of the details matter.
- Give you background information on thesteps involved with carrying out an estateand to help answer questions.
- Gather information so that we can give youinformation regarding pricing.

ABOUT US

Hi, my name is Matthew Fabisch, Welcome to Fabisch Law Offices,
Probate is never just about legal processes—it’s about families, legacies, and navigating difficult emotions during times of loss. At Fabisch Law Offices, we understand how overwhelming probate can feel. You’re grieving, and yet you’re also facing what can feel like a maze of paperwork, deadlines, and court proceedings. Add in the possibility of family disagreements, and the stress only grows. That’s why we’re here: to guide you through the probate process with clarity, compassion, and a focus on protecting what matters most.
My perspective on probate is unique. As the youngest probate judge in Rhode Island, I had the privilege of helping families work through some of the most sensitive and emotional legal matters they faced. I witnessed firsthand how, in the absence of a clear plan, grieving families sometimes turned probate into a battleground for old grudges or unresolved conflicts. Those experiences taught me that while the probate process is often necessary, it doesn’t have to tear families apart. With the right guidance, it can be handled efficiently, fairly, and with as little stress as possible.
At Fabisch Law Offices, we’re committed to helping families honor their loved ones’ legacies while minimizing the emotional and financial strain of probate. Whether you’re an executor navigating the complexities of the probate process, a beneficiary concerned about your rights, or a family member trying to resolve disputes, we’ll work closely with you every step of the way.
We also understand that every family is different. Maybe your loved one left behind a will, or maybe they didn’t. Maybe you’re facing disagreements over the estate or dealing with creditors’ claims. Whatever your situation, we’ll take the time to listen, understand your concerns, and craft a plan to achieve the best possible outcome.
With many years of experience in probate law—and the unique perspective of having served on the bench—I’ve helped families just like yours navigate even the most complex and contentious probate cases. Our goal is simple: to guide you through the process, protect your loved one’s wishes, and give you the peace of mind that comes from knowing everything is being handled properly.
At the end of the day, probate is about preserving your family’s legacy and finding a way forward after loss. Let us help you handle the legal complexities, so you can focus on what really matters—honoring your loved one and supporting your family.
